Always remember to keep your invoice in case of
return.
All of our products meet or exceed manufacturer's requirements and arrive to you in a
vacuum-sealed covering.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with
the performance of your product, you may either send it back for a
full 100% refund or you can request a replacement.
WARRANTY POLICY
Poor Print Quality and/or Defective
Products
Our compatible inkjet cartridges have a
warranty for a period (not exceeding) 180 days from the date of your
purchase. The returned product must not have more than 25% of the
cartridge ink depleted.
Original Brand cartridges have only a 30-Day
warranty. These cartridges must be returned in the
original cartridge box. (Inkjet, Laser toner, Copier
Toner)
Returning
Your Product Guidelines
You must call (888)383-9292 and have our customer
service representative give you a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA). You will also receive an email with the RMA
# in it, please print (2) copies of that email. Send (1) copy
with the product and retain the other for your records.
It is important to place this RMA # on the
outside/inside of the package that you will be sending the product
back to PPE. This will be helpful in tracing your product
return.
If your order was placed by credit card, please be
sure to advise our CSR of that number, so that the proper credit can
be applied.

Avoiding Product Damage
When opening your “replacement” cartridge, please
be sure to remove the seal from the cartridge before placing it in
your printer, fax or copier.
